Our Expertise
Meaningful design shaped by the human experience.
User Insights
Know what your users need before you build. We find the reasons users struggle, drop off, or don’t come back, so you don’t waste time building the wrong thing.
Design & Test
Turn your insights into purposeful designs, from journey maps and wireframes to polished UI screens. We design, test and iterate with real users.
Accessibility
Accessibility gaps limit your audience. We design inclusively to global access and regulatory standards, so more people can use what you’ve built.

Our Team
Hi, we are Hannah and Hanjun, and we lead Juna Design. We are based in Auckland, New Zealand.
Drawing on combined expertise in psychology, education, information systems, and UX design, we bring together ecosystem thinking and agile execution in our approach to design.
Having worked with assistive technology and AI-driven healthcare startups over the past five years, we are adept at translating multi-stakeholder needs and perspectives into product designs that are strategically grounded, yet intuitive and beautiful.
As past and current founders ourselves, we understand the urgency of moving early, quickly, and resourcefully. With us, you gain a UX partner who is ready to be on the ground with you—building community partnerships, identifying the true crux of a problem before investing in costly development, and transforming complex data into product experiences truly valued by your audience.

Hannah and Hanjun bring incredible care to every project. Their attention to detail and sense of ownership have elevated our design standards, delivering consistently high-quality work.
